Returns and refunds
At SD Luxe Hair Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for health and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
To process a claim, you may be required to provide photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
